Yes of course you can cancel anytime.
When you cancel no further payments will be taken and you will have access for the remainder of the period you have paid for.
If you have purchased the 12 month option, there is no neeed to cancel as no further payments will be taken. Your access will just stop after 12 months.
We have made cancelling as easy as possible.
To Cancel Simply.
- Log In with your passcode.
- Go to "My Account" Page
- Click the "cancel" link in the "Manage Subscritption" section.
- Follow the instructions which are slightly different depending on if you paid with a card or PayPal.
- Sendowl our Expert Payment management provider actions the cancellation immeadiately.
For the first payment you will be charged for the joining fee plus the monthly payment for the first month. Thereafter you will just be charged the monthly payment each month.
No as of July 2026 we have adopted a policy of if you have ever subscribed to PRO in the past, monthly or 12 monthly, you do not pay a joining fee if you rejoin on pro monthly. So you can come back any time on monthly at just the monthly amount. We will send you details of how to rejoin with no fee when you leave. If you have left previous to july 2026 (or have lost the email) contact us to rejoin and we will sort it out.
No if you cancel there will be no refund, no further payments will be taken and you will have access for the remainder of the period you have paid for. Your passcode will then stop working after that time.
