FAQs
The gift card passcode will expire if it is not used within 3 years of purchase.
The passcode activates on first use. The course period commences from the day the passcode is used for the first time logging in to sew-helpful.com.
There is a direct "Redeem Your Course" link on the gift card. This link will take you to the sew-helpful login page, where you enter the passcode.
Once logged in, you are taken to your My Course page with links to all the unlocked tutorials, downloads, community forum, printable calculators and Ask Cindy.
To send the gift card email to yourself, enter your email in the "Recipient Email" box.
