Semaphore fabric on the table

We are making a Roman blind in Sarah Hardaker Semaphore fabric today.

It's a natural linen print inspired by a poster of vintage semaphore flags, which we think would be great for an older kids room or a house by the sea.

We like this fabric for the following reasons

  • It is a great quality, robust linen.
  • The pattern is true and straight across the width (crucial when making a blind).
  • Great for children's room at that in between age - not too babyish or grown up.
  • At £42.50 pm we think it is good value, particularly for blinds as you don't need a lot.

It comes in 2 pattern sizes

SEMAPHORE: repeat height: 32cm, repeat width:69cm
SEMAPHORE GRANDE: repeat height: 64cm, repeat width: 139cm

Fabric width : 139cm, natural linen union, dry clean. suitable for soft furnishings and occasional upholstery.

Why not make cushions in complimentary Stars fabric or a lampshade to match?
